Rotary is one of the world’s largest and most successful global membership and humanitarian service organisations, with 1.4 million members in over 200 countries.
In Great Britain and Ireland there are over 1,500 Rotary Clubs. These are made up of people who volunteer their time and talent to tackle challenges at home and abroad in our cause areas, which include:
- promoting peace
- fighting disease
- providing clean water
- supporting education
- saving mothers and children
- growing local economies
- supporting the environment
Bransgore Rotary CIO is a club of 25 members from different walks of life. The club meets to share ideas and work together with the overall outcome of helping others.
We are from Bransgore and further afield including Christchurch, Ringwood, Bournemouth and Hordle. The group gathers regularly at The Carpenters Arms, Bransgore, we have a meal and work on events and activities. Outside of work, we arrange and take part in social activities together, which include rambles, an annual safari supper and even wine tasting.
